ESPEME TESTIMONIAL - Thibault Métailler

ESPEME was always the obvious choice for me.  I wanted to be a key player, not simply a follower, and the ESPEME programme was the ideal choice from this point of view.

From the very outset we were able to take advantage of tailored support which combined theory with on-the-field realities. We have the possibility to do up to 21 months of internships during the course, and it also gives us insight into the different career opportunities available in France and abroad.

Thanks to the numerous group projects, my first two years at ESPEME taught me to be better organised, to manage a team and, in particular, to draw up a career plan which would help me to focus on a clear professional choice over the next 2 years.

I also learnt to manage my stress and to be more confident when I had to take centre stage or if I needed to be persuasive.

ESPEME gave me a broader view of the world and I couldn't have hoped for a better start to my professional life.
